To open an account with 3999, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incomplete details may be closed at any time.

Account Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open one account only.
• The name, mobile number, and email provided at registration must be genuine and belong to you.
• Multiple accounts cannot be created using the same mobile number or email address.
• If multiple family members share the same device or network, please notify 3999 Support in advance.

Account Security

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. If you notice any unauthorized activity, contact support immediately.

The minimum age to play at 3999 is 18. 3999 may request your National ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time to verify your age.

Withdrawals may be temporarily held if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed. This process is in place for everyone's security — there is no cause for concern.

Deposit Policy

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement (typically 20–35x) has been met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another is in progress — the existing bonus must be completed or cancelled first.

All games on 3999 operate using third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and impartial.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the game is safely saved and will resume once you reconnect.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round will be voided and the stake will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3999. If any of these are proven, strict action will be taken.

• Attempting to win games through collusion with other players
• Submitting false information to claim a withdrawal

3999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Accounts are typically closed for the following reasons:

• KYC Verification Failure
• Account inactive for an extended period (12+ months)

• Any loss arising from third-party activities
• Game cancellation due to unexpected technical errors

However, in the event of a technical error, 3999 follows a policy of refunding the wagered amount.

3999 reserves the right to modify, add to, or revoke these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes full acceptance of the new terms.

• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds before a match begins, 3999 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded (for accumulators, that selection will be removed and the bet recalculated).
• Odds in in-play betting are subject to change — the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is a criminal offence and is strictly prohibited on 3999.
